whats this on my capsicum plant

hey im having problems with my capsicum plants they have these little yellow seed things on the leaf s

can any one tell me how to get rid of it

If you could post a picture of the infected leaves, it might improve diagnosis. Could be aphids, or some other small bug, hanging on bottom of leaves and chewing small holes. Try using insecticidal soap, an organic soap safe to use up to day of harvest.
