whats up with this leaf ?

I have 12 plants about 4' tall indoors , 2weeks into bloom on dyna-bloom 2-10-8 I believe. One of my plants a violator kush has developed this leaf problem from the bottom about half way up the plant on the fan leaves only. If you look close there is a very yellow orange dots down the center of the leaf. Any idea what thats all about and how to try and fix it ?
