Whats wrong with my girls?!

So my little girls have sprouted. Although I'm worried about all 4 of them. Each one of them seems to have a different problem. So i am not sure what i am doing wrong, although it is my first grow.

They were started off in rockwool cubes under a 23W CFL. They were the transplanted into organic potting soil i got from a local nursery (i think it had fertilizer in it). i mixed the soil with perlite, vermiculite, and some peat moss. about one week in, i changed the one 23w cfl to a fixture with a 32w natural light, and a 32w plant/aquarium tubes. Im almost at the end of the second week from when the seeds were put into the rock wool

Plant#1:
Her primary leaves are yellowing at the tips, and they are starting to look brown as well. The rest of it looks pretty good though. but not stretched.

Plant#2:
tall and skinny, good colour

Plant#3:
Same as 2

Plant#4:
completly wilted over, and dark.(im pretty sure its dead )

So what can i do to help my little girls?

P.s. Photos are in order according to plant (1,2,3,4) <--- just like that

mix 1.5 aspirin to 2 gallons. So, .75 aspirin to 1 gal and .375 to a 2 litre, and finally .2 or 1/5th aspirin to 1 quart and spray the leaves.

ALSO, you must add 1 teaspoon of mild detergent to 2 gal. and 1/8 of that dose to a quart to prevent the water from beading and rolling off. It wont hurt the plant.

Aspirin is used also for cuttings as it is the natural 'chemical' plants create from food stored in their leaves to help fix a wound, and if no wounds are present growth skyrockets.

looks like baby nute burn from the ferts in the soil. babies cant handle ferts until they are like 2-3 weeks old. get them out of there

Next time I wouldn't use the rock-wool with soil. Asking for too many problems, make sure your not watering the rock-wool directly. Did you condition the rock-wool prior to using them?

yea, we conditioned the rock wool first.

So all the plants died over night. i don't think their revivable

going to start again, but only in soil.

ever hear of playing opossum? they r not dead yet. they either dried out or got sogged in that combo you have them in. pull one out and dig around and find out. than correct with the others. you can also pull them out of the cubes carefully and transplant in soil, but have to do a test on one first.
i have one in DWC that is as dead as dead gcould be from the looks of her on top. but her roots are still growing like crazy.
