The damage seems to be on older growth and the new top growth seems ok. Did you do anything different in the last couple of weeks?
In the 2nd & 3rd pic it looks like there's some white dots on the newer green leaves. Have a look under those leaves with a magnifying glass or put some paper underneath and flick them to see if you can spot any bugs.
