i usually try to stay between 30-44% when im drying my buds, i find a slow dry really helps bring out a smooth taste. usually i do 4 days hanging in my closet then 24 hours in paper bags (shaking them lightly every 4 hours.)
then into the jars for a day assuming it doesn't sweat in the jars over night thats when i start smoking it

when drying with humidity levels above 30% i feel it is vitally important to have good airflow
and keep the temperature between 60f and 75f
to prevent mold from forming in your buds, and if it is a hydro grow and not a soil grow i reccomend drying between 25% and 35% because your buds will be much denser

sweet, what do the paper bags do? i havent heard of that before

they pull some of the moisture from the insides of the buds to the surface, balance it out a bit. i feel like it enhances the flavor too but that could just be me.
