I have my wifes script and was just gonna do a few in pots here at the new house, but now I have another friend that wants me to be his caretaker, so, suddenly I'm doin 12 in the ground!
I have 3 Confidential Cheese, and a Cateract Kush from DNA. I have the SSH that I planted in the back yard by itself. I have a Jorges Diamonds that was my friends Mommy plant, I have a Chernobyl from TGA, OG Kush and Chem- Dawg clones I scored, and my crosses, Orange Marmalade which is Agent Orange x Maple Leaf Indica, "The Juice" my AO x Jack Herer x Trainwreck, and S.O.S or Super Orange Skunk is S. Skunk x AO.
I got a truck load of real good composted horse manure from my new landlord, that's just full of worms! I mixed that with straight hunus I had here, and added only a little green sand and cal-phos in the bottom of the holes.
The holes are just about 2 ft. around and 2 ft. deep, but my yard is rich dark clay full of worms as well. I filled the holes with the compost/humus mix and planted. I got some done, the 3 LA Cheeses, and the Jorges Diamonds. The rest will go in tomorrow. I 'll be feeding only fish emulsion and kelp for now, and compost(fresh manure) teas the rest of the way. I'm not gonna have hardly any money in this grow at all, and it's not gonna be the biggest, but I'm lookin' for quality on this one!

Well, I'm undecided on the 12th plant now.I have some S.O.S indoors, so I should do something else in that last spot. So I can't decide between a Jillybean, Jack-the-Ripper, Orange Romulan, Orange Tahoe, or Orange Trainwreck. I'm leaning toward the TW cause I don't have any TW goin' at all right now, and I want to try my cross. So far all the crosses made with that AO male have benn solid, so I think this'll work. Butr I do have a nice lookin Jilly, and a nice JTR too soooo it's a tough one!

Wow, the "little" 12 haha. How big do you think those will get? Mine are in the ground right now too and are both less than a foot. As for which strain, the Orange Trainwreck sounds amazing, what's its cross?

It's the Agent Orange male I've been working with crossed to the Arcata TW female.

Wow... that sounds so amazing. I've never had Agent Orange but the pictures and smoke reports I've read make it sound amazing, and I've never met a TW I haven't liked. Even though my input doesn't really matter, that one sounds like the winner to me.

I didn't like the idea of doing strains that I don't know how it's gonna come out, so I took out the LA Cheeses. I still have the Jorges Diamonds but I might swao it out yet. I put in 4 of my Orange Tahoes, 2 Orange Train Wreck, 1 Orange Goo, The Juice 1, 1 S.O.S, and an Utra Con, my LA Con Mk Ultra cross.I put most in the ground in the Horse manure/humus/coco mix, but 4 of em, I put pure Horse manure with some humus, high Phos bat guano, cal-phos, and green sand. I then put them in a 15 gallon grow bag with just the soil, humus, coco mix in the bag, to see what works best.

The ones I put in the bagsd are a mini version of what I ultimately want to do on a much larger scale. Next year, I want to have way bigger holes dug early in the season(winter actually) and filled with hot manures, lots of guanos and worm castings and fish guts and so forth in the holes. The holes fill would be soo hot that it'll burn the plants if you plant straight in it. My little bags are on holes like that now, exept they weren't allowed to sit. Then I want 200 gallon grow bags with my super coco mix (super soil with coco base instead of soil) in the bags. Then only feed organic compost tea and foliar feedings with fish, kelp and humus teas. I;ll find out this year with the mini version, side-by-side with some in holes, and see if having them up in a raised bed for more oxygen really helps. I have the same strains in each type so we should get an accurate test. This should answer some questions in everyones minds on which is best, so let's just wait and see!

Yea, I sday quality over quantity on this grow, I don't really have a good spot here for 5 pounders, so I'm gonna be tying and topping theses alot, and not feeding much at all. I'll be feeding teas maybe twice a week, and the last month nothing but water. I believe that the organics will hold em' up till the end, and the final product will be super clean!!

Oh Wheezy...lol...I knew after the Big 40 last year you couldn't settle for only 6 this year...haha...not to say you didn't also have your side garden at home last year as well, we just weren't as up to date on it as the Big 40...lol...Anyway, should be an awesome season, and I'm looking forward to seeing how The Big 6 and The Smaller-by-comparison but still nicely sized 12 turn out towards the end of the season! You madman, you!!

I gotta update the strain list on this grow today, I finally got it settled in. I did a boo boo and planted some straight in that horse poop cause my landlord said it was old enough to not burn, but he was wrong. It burnt the tops on all the ones I planted straight in it! haha! Good thing I had disposable plants to replace em' with! Pics later today.
