When can I top this? *pic*

Yo when can I top this? Here's a pic of the clone. Like 3+ weeks old from bein smaller. All of that's new growth since rooting system was established. On the next picture, should the color of the clones' stalks (purple) be an issue? The taller clones (taken later, thus only around 2 weeks old) have taken root but not developed visible new growth on the top. Was it too far along maturity? (taller clones taken 2+ weeks ago) If no replies, we'll sit around and stare for another week, might as well.

I would have burried them alot deeper in soil and uhmm.. you said clones? id say you can either veg a few weeks or start flowering them right now. depends on your setup.. SoG, SCoG, or just a standard grow?
