Nonononononono!
That must be one of the most popular questions here!
Everybody will either say yes or no, but I have read more 'no' than 'yes'.
I made the mistake of cutting only 3 or 4 of mine before I found this site, and I did see a difference in the plant's growth!

Yeah. Right before they harvest it to show it off. They ain't poodles. Leave the leaves alone. The plant knows better than you what she needs to produce bud, Bud.

Pinch off the ones at the bottom. Helps vent throughout the canopy and stops your plants from wasting its energy on those leaves not needed. Will help with bud growth.
As far as the leaves near your buds on the top, I would not touch.

I'd imagine you know this already though.

I only remove them in veg now if I have some really huge ones covering up a patch of branches that I want to grow and take as cuttings, in veg only. Anything you do that takes energy away from bud growth will effect yield and growth, imo.

Well this is why you don't lollipop.. this is over 30 inches long,,, View attachment 2313130 That was 2 weeks ago . now its just one long beefy COLA>> Only lollipop if you scrog...
100% agreed. unless you have the single bedroom to make youre grow room. i lolloped and topped the shit out of one of mine in my journal. i had to lasso the top 5 colas up and tight so the plant wasn't to bushy and the lower lips/colas could get more light. + it fits better in the room.
there is one plant also in my journal i topped once let it vegg out for another 2 weeks then flowered it. it seems thats ideal, i have five top colas and not allot of side shooters. and it looks to be a wealthy abundance in yield.

It's actually ok to cut fans sometimes but not too many,as in my case i got a huge fan leaf blocking 4 branches so i cut it off and i never lose yield and after the cut these branches grow out like i want them too.I cut about 5-10 fan leaves in the past month and a half and instead of having a few long branches and some short ones i got 12 long branches that are gonna tops instead and i lst and almost every node is branching up.Btw i only cut the ones on the stem not the branches and never over the top 3 nodes.
