When do I harvest this pollen?

P.S. the place I'm harvesting the pollen is nowhere near my grow area.

any time is the right time it's all viable. I lay my male on it's side over a big stainless steel bowl for a couple of days to collect it. Yours looks ready to start dumping the main load.
I like to cut out all the side shoots so that the collection process isn't so big and messy.
