WHEN do i water after overwatering? Duh

Damn! 6th day into flowering 5 out seven plants to female, i soaked them pretty good. Stupid...i was watering every 4th day and all was good. But the soil dried so fast, I decided they could take every third day.
Now they've been wilted for two whole days, and tomorrow would be the normal watering schedule.

fwiw The soil is bone dry.
When would you water again?

Wilt is usually time to water.... curling is too much water.

Both can look similar though.

If you think it needs water, try half the normal amount. Otherwise wait.

Look and feel the leaves... Are they limp or still 'rigid'. Limp is too little water, rigid but curled is too much.
