When do plants go outside??

Im curious, if I live in the midwest... and I have clones under 24hrs w/ mh, when I put them outside will they be confused w/ the darkness and possibly switch to flowering? or stress them to hermephrodites? If there is no chance of this, then what would be the ideal temp to transplant outside??

If there would be the chance of stressing, I could always veg indoor 24hrs and then switch to outsoors, that would work right? or does that also stress?

You figure out how many hours of natural light will be outside when u put your plants out.. mimic that.

I know that but Im sayin.......

If my clones are in 24hrs of light......

Will they get stressed by the sudden change to darkness?? or possibly mistakingly switch to bloom?

change your clones to 18/6 to prevent the stress of going outside. if youre planting in season the natural light should be pretty close anyway.
