When do you add molasses to nutes?

I was woundering when do you add molasses, during the veg or flowering, or both? What kind do you use? Quanity? Mine are 3 weeks in veg. is this to soon?

I have always done it 2-3 week into flowering
never tried in veg

Molasses is added during the flowering stage, usually in the last 2 weeks, to enhance flavor and beef up the buds. Using it during veg you probably won't see a difference, but it may add beneficial bacteria to the root zone. I mix 1 tablespoon/gal. Heat a cup of water first when you mix it so it dissolves easier. Any unsulphured molasses should work. I use Grandmas brand.
