i know CO2 is good for plants, im not a retard. but i'm wondering about specifics (esp. for yield and density). by the way i have just a tank that i spray maybe like once every couple days, let tham bask for a few hours, just to make sure my plants are getting a good amount of it. then before dark i air out my room to provide more oxygen for respiration. point me in the direction of any good CO2 threads also.

Get yourself a co2 regulator that you can plug into a digital timer. Set it so that it will disperse co2 evenly throughout the day. Make sure it only comes on during the daylight hours. You can use co2 for the vegetative and flowering stages, but I prefer to use it mostly for flowering.
