I have a couple of clones I took from a plant before I switched her to 12/12 six weeks ago. The clones have been in soil for five weeks now. Problem is my flowering girls have 2 to 3 weeks left and the clones are starting to get too tall. They're at 13 inches right now, which is usually when I like to flip them, but as I said it will probably be another 2 or 3 weeks before I can move them into the flowering tent. This is my first time working with clones so I'm still trying to get my timing dialed in. So my question is is it to late to take a few inches off the top to try and keep their height in check when they go into flower? I try to keep my girls under three feet tall.
