When is the right time to switch the lights from 18-6 to 12-12 & start the flowering?

Whenever you want. They double to triple in size during flower so it all depends on how big you want them.3 weeks ago I put 2 week old clones in a hydro under 600 w lamp, they are about 55 cm high

If you're starting from clones you can put them into flowering as soon as you are sure they've gotten their roots established in the new pot (I'd say about 5-7 days), but you'll end up with short plants and a smaller yield. Thats what it really comes down to- the longer you leave them on 18/6 the larger they will be at harvest time. You can usually expect them to triple in size between the time you switch the lights and the time you harvest, so if you switched to 12/12 now your plants would end up at about 165 cm by the end of the grow.
