when you feel they vegged enough, remember they may double or tripple in height when you select there size, and whether the plant is mature enough: if nodes are no longer growing side by side, instead they alternate along the stem.
I never flower untill at least 1ft tall but it depens on howmany plants that you have and what you want out of them but i always wait till at least 1 ft.we realy need size of g~room if the pictures u have taken are new a little way to go yet.
