when repotting, what pot method upsizing do you use?

i was thinking:

7cmx7cm for seedling:

then 2ltr

then 5ltr

then 11ltr

or should i jump straight from 2ltr to 11litre final pots?

it will be my first "big plant" grow, as i did lowryders last time, so dont know what my replanting sizes should be.

Personally, I start with a Jiffy Pot, or a 16 oz. plastic cup. After about two-three weeks I move them to their permanent homes in 3-5 gallon containers depending on how high I want the plant to grow. I don't like to transplant more than I have to to prevent any shock.
