When should i Flower? 5-6 weeks, Pictures inside. Is my plant healthy?

My plant is about 5 weeks old, growing outside in a medium size pot. I water everyday so far, at about noon, and use miracle grow every so often. I want to know when it would be okay for me to flower it, and how much bud would come from my plant if i were to flower right now. Any advice, or tips? It would be great.

i don't think you're using the right lights sir, what is the schedule? you should have it on 24 hrs right now. you need 2700k CFLs for flowering stage and you should at least wait until your plant is 2.5 ft tall and right now you should have it on 6500k CFLs

well that is of course if your plant is not a lowryder

I think he's outside actually, Are you letting your soil dry out before watering again?

This is the OUTDOOR forum and your plant will flower when it is ready. Probably about now.
