you are pissed :lol::lol::lol::lol:.
and you are right they should cut out vegging nutes when the plant is flowering and maybe they will produce the goods i do and as for being as good as me well thats up for debate but not with a newbie like yourself.
i tend not to waste my time on slugs/newbies like yourself as you just cant accept the facts and admit you are wrong. well thats a problem you have to deal with yourself if you can :dunce:.

oh yeah forgot that plant cycles last only seconds..

keep spreading your guru advice.. just because it works.. doesn't mean its the best thing to do.. but i guess you knew that.. since there's only one way to do things.. YOUR WAY..

pull it now and the invisible buds wont fill out(ever) cos there aint none.
and you wont get any weed just a sore head if you are smoking a male plant.

Here's a little helpful info from a reliable source:

Regardless of the nutrient you choose, during the first two weeks of life and the first two weeks of flowering growth, use half the amount (or less) of nutrient solution the manufacturer recommends for adult growth....

This is not essential when flowering but it is for seeds and clones. Some marijuana growers don't add any nutrients to the water for the first two weeks. They then use a 50% solution for two weeks, then go to a 100% solution.
During vegetative growth the plants need lots of N (nitrogen). They also need a fair amount of P (phosphorus) and K (potassium), 20-10-10, or 30-15-15, or something similar, with trace elements should do it.
During flowering the plants need more P (phosphorus) and more K (potassium) than they did during vegetative growth. They need some N (nitrogen) but not as much as they did during vegetative growth. They also need calcium.
If you used:
--- something like 20-10-10 for vegetative growth, then try using 10-20-20 (or similar) for flowering.
--- something like 30-15-15 for vegetative growth, then try using 15-30-30 (or similar) for flowering.

no question is stupid.. everyones out here to learn.. it's people like luda i don't care for.. I'm no expert.. but i do learn... we all never stop learning..
Thanks, I appreciate it.

I've never seen so much bad advice and I'm not really interest in competing in a pissing match.

Showing sex (flowers) should not be confused with "flowering". If I read the entire thread correctly your plants are in Veg and showing sex right? So why would you give them bloom nutes?

Keep vegging them and giving them nitrogen, because that's what they need most in Veg.

When they actually move into the flowering phase, cut the nitrogen and start applying bloom nutes.

Hope this clears things up :peace:
My plants showed their sex over a month ago. Being a new grower, I read enough to know the difference between pre-flowers and "flowering". I thought that I would continue to give veg nutes until I see the hairs start to cluster together. Then I was going to begin adding bloom nutes.

The problem was that 2 out of the 6 plants started to bud really early. I asked on this forum about them flowering so early and I was inititially told to give them grow nutes only and to try to move the plants so they get more sun so the 2 plants can go back to its veg stage. I did and tried all of that. The 2 plants were budding more and the buds were getting bigger. It appeared to me that the 2 plants were not going back to veg. That was when I asked if and when should I give the 2 budding plants bloom nutes.

I think the guy who is asking ''WHEN'' to give ''BLOOM'' nuits is getting just abit confused with diffrent peoples opinions, however its also been said that people should read and learn some very basic things before coming to the site, and yes coming to the site in the first place questions can be answerd, but people are still not reading the reply to their question, and the guy seems to have been give a few diffrent answers to his question ( WHEN TO ADD BLOOM NUITS ) ive said about 3 times when ( THEY SHOW SEX ) but it doesn't seem to be getting through.

I just hope the guy reads back what hes been asking and finds its been answered, a few times !
Yes, I was confused. First I was told no bloom nutes and try to give the plants more light. I did that and it didn't seem to help keep my plants in veg stage. It was my original intention to gradually decrease the grow nutes as I increased the bloom nutes. I was concerned as to why these 2 plant and only these 2 were flowering already.

As far as reading back to see that the question was answered, I was told to give a plant bloom nutes as soon as the plant shows sex. Then I was told to give them bloom nutes once the plant starts to flower. It makes more sense to me now to give a plant bloom nutes when the plant actually begins to flower instead of giving them bloom nutes when they show signs of sex. If that was the case, I would have been giving my plants bloom nutes for over 2 months before they would actually begin to flower. I think that I would have wasted a lot of bloom nutes if I did that.

I know.. sometimes i don't even care to post.. but it's fun to spread knowledge.. and even more fun to read...

:joint:
Again I apologize if I didn't make myself totally clear from the beginning. I was really stoned when I asked this question.

Well I did learn from all of this. I learned to pay closer attention to my plants and give them what they need. I also learned to go with my gut. I should have been giving those 2 plants bloom nutes weeks ago.

you did when you said switch to bloom nutes soon as you switch to 12/12 which in my eyes isn't the best advice (the first week of force flowering the plant is still in full veg mode.. so WHY change to bloom right away and cut veg?????? but i guess you know better...) and claimed your all factual.. and you said cut veg nutes.. maybe you were talking about his budding plants.. but YOU didn't even see them yet.. SO HOW CAN YOU GIVE HIM GOOD ADVICE???? your IQ = >65.. and thats being nice..

when i debated it with you.. you chirped me.. and brought up a thread trying to call me out as a retard.. which in turn makes you look like you have half a brain.. since you don't even know exactly what i wanted to know in the thread.. good thing you copy pasted info from a site that doesn't help me.. way to be a guru...

yea i respect FDD, stinkbud, al b fuct, just to name a few off the top of my head that left a good impression in my head.. they are the ones paving the way for you to read and copy to grow your super weed.. you may never get respect in your life.. keep striving for it here in your internet life.. usually a sign of struggle in your personal life..

i think anyone who thinks they are better then everyone is the one who is physco.. and pathetic.. but you go on thinking what your tiny brain allows you to think.. or i guess what your told to think..
your dad should have wiped you up with a kleenex.. so do us a favour and drive your car over a cliff..

NOT ALL BLOOM NUTES WILL HAVE SUFFICIENT NITRO FOR FLOWERING ESPECIALLY THE FIRST WEEK.... BUT YOU CAN TALK TO PLANTS SO YOU KNOW BETTER..

I guess my veg patch in my backyard and 3 1/2 tomato plants show that i'm a dipshit at all plant life....

and to tree1.. follow your instincts and take baby steps.. you have a good idea... learn to read the plant.. then you never have to listen to douche bags like LUDA telling you whats the best option and chirping people with oppionions.. when they only know a good option that works for them in their situation.. people like him are the reason this world is going to the shitter.. :joint:

people forget this is a forum.. where people learn.. not everyone can search and find the specific advice.. and i think the search funtion isnt the greatest tool.. alot of times it brings up threads that don't even pertain to what you searched.. it can be a pain in the ass if you don't know exactly how to search for what you want to find..

I have taken baby steps with this grow. I think that is why I have gotten so far with these plants this time around.

Thanks RobinBanks. I hope this all works out too. I'm defiantely learning from my experiences. I have been reading and researching when and how to harvest, dry, and cure my crop. I need to be ready. My plants hairs are turning red. I have been checking the trichs with a pocket microscope.

cool cool, any time you ask a question you are always going to get many different answers, we are all different people and grow in diffrent ways, some have read different things, some have been taught in a diffrent way from others.
But lets face it they are weeds and everytime we grow we get something different in our results, ive been at this game 10 years and still love it, however even i still read up on things, thus me being on this site.
Good luck.
