When to begin flowering?!? White berry + Power skunk

I am currently growing 1 feminized white berry and 1 power skunk(hope it is a female). They were germinated about a month ago. My question is pertaining to when to switch to flowering. Here is some background.

Lights - 2 17w Fluoros, 1 26w CFl, 1 150w HPS
Soil - Fox farm ocean forest
Nutes - BMO organic nutes
container - 2-3 gallons

I noticed that I do not have enough lighting for veg and I am a little tight on money currently to purchase some more. For as far as they are into the grow, it seems as if they are a little small. I want to be yielding around 4/20 and I want at least an ounce.

What I am not sure about is how long should I keep vegging. Can I switch to flower soon? Should I buy some more CFL's? I know the amount of lighting I have is weaker and would not be able to handle that tall of plants. I want to yield a good bit of nug, so I almost feel like I should veg for a longer time. I just realized today that if I switch to flowerin next week I just may make my 4/20 deadline. Would this be a good idea?

Help me out guys, I don't know what plan to take. Any questions will be promptly answered so please post.

If you have no money for extra bulbs then flower now as they will double in size. If you can add some more bulbs, then wait a few more days.

it's ideal to veg 4-6 weeks before u flower but u can do 12/12 straight from seed it's when ever u want

I'm actually approaching a month since they hit soil really soon. I know they're tiny for a month old, but at least I am in the normal amount of time for veg. They seem to respond so much better to the CFL and fluoros while in veg, but now I am thinkin it may be time to get the HPS running. My space allows for about 1-2 foot plants so I am thinking that another 1-2 nodes and I'll switch to flower. Keep throwin some ideas at me guys, it helps

well if u have limited space u should start flowering now as it will triple it's size

I'd put the HPS to it now..get em a little bigger, then flower..Good Luck!!

same with me guys im new to this only got a little bit of space so cant be to big and mine are about the same size as the plants in the photos above. they are powa plant and are on 24 hrs with 2 26w cfl. would they flower now if i was to put them on 12/12 of light and is it posable to get cuttingd from a plant that size

of course they will flower if put under 12/12...u can flower anytime u want.. u can flower after 1,2,3,4 weeks if u want or u can flower str8 from seedling.. it's what u wanna do

Well I am officially 4 weeks into the grow and I decided that it was time to put them into flower (12/12). I have a great setup goin for them now and I think they are going to love it. They are about 6 inches tall and I hope to see them grow to about a foot and a half. I gave them a good 12 hour dark period before I put them into it, so hopefully that will work out for them and they wont be stressed in the transition. I also switched out my CFL to a soft white light.
