when to determine she's flush-ready?

first-timer here...i was told to start flushing around the last 3 weeks before harvest.

what characteristics am i looking for in my plant to determine that she's close to harvesting and it's time to flush?

the flowering time expectancy is way off from what the seed dealer claimed, leaving me sort of lost.

just would like to know what i am looking for that tells me she's 3 weeks away from harvest.

Most people will tell you to flush 2 weeks prior to harvest....Your plant will tell you by the color of the trichs.....I am flushing now my plants have been flowering for 9-10 weeks....All in what kinda high you want from your nugs

When i start seeing orange/red/brown hairs starting to appear on more then 15-20% of the bud is when I start flushing. Look at the trichomb development, you should see fully developed tric's with a mix of milky/clear. In two weeks you should see all 3 colors clear/milky/amber tric's on your buds. Thats when you want to harvest.
