When to fertilize seedlings?

I have seedlings growing in coco, perlite/vermiculite and soil. The soil free mixes are growing slower than the seedlings in soil. Should I give them a light shot of fertilizer?
Thanks,
VM

Sorry, I asked this question before. Any other answers are welcome, before I burn down these plants!
Today the soil grown seedings are about twice as tall as the soil-less mixes. Any recommendations to help my soil-less seedling grow faster? I would like to use a very dilute solution of Fox Farms "Grow Big", but others have stated that I should wait 3 wks. until applying nutes. Ideas?.
Thanks

Sounds like a great plan to me on the light nutes. I always use about 1/4 capful of Botanicare Pure Blend Pro "Grow" from day one in my Hempy Buckets. Never used ff but know a lot folks brag on it so it must be good. Bet you will see a marked improvement quickly.

Hi, Skunk. I water my soil-less mixes every day, I plan to decrease this schedule as the seeding get established ; . The seedling in soil have not been watered for 5 days now.
