When to plant clones?

I just bought some clones today and I wanted to know when I should plant them. 2 are about 15 inches tall and the other is about 12 inches. Thanks.

If they have roots, which they should if you bought them...plant away! Or were you specifically asking when to plant them outside? Cause then you should wait till the end of April...but if you're growin' 'em indoors, no time like the present.
