When to start?

Hey guys,
I'm going to give outdoor growing a try this year, and I have over 100 seeds from summer in a baggie, and I was wondering, when should I start begin to grow and eventually transfer them to outside?

Thanks,

put them outside around late april/early may but grow them inside for a little bit before(about a foot tall). Slowly introduce them to sunlight before putting them out entirely.

I'put mine outsde middle of may then in april i take them to site and leave them in pots for a week till about beggining of april then in the ground that i have preped month or so earlyer.i put 4 pieces of carpet about 2ft squared and lay them where i want to put plants everything dies under carpet then i did holes ge some compost slow release feed pellets with a good npk value i also add a small quantity of fish blood and bone to each mix i have started putting black bags in the holes since i've seen that greendirt dvd putting holes in the bottom for water to run of it's a great way of feeding just your plants and not the surrounding bush .i put compost and a handful of other two in and re cover with carpet for a week then in go my babys do more than 1 grow so if 1 gets found you can rely on oters.
