When to transplant into aero

First of all happy thanksgiving peeps got my pineapple express and northern lights sprouted just got 2 little leaves on each. I have them in a aluminum dome with a rack holding them above water.( turkey or ham oven thing) when my roots start to grow out of my rockwool will the light hit them and damage them? I wasn't thing about light off the aluminum tray reflecting up on to them, just a thought to make me think I should put them in my aero system a little early.
