image.jpeg image.jpeg Just want to double check before going any further. I have my master kush pushing out the rest of its second set of true leaves. I want to prepare for transplant, I have some ffof and a bag of perlite, how should I mix it? And when should I repot my master kush?

Not to my knowledge, I went to the dispensary and got an Oz of master kush and out of that oz I found only 2 seeds and were healthy, I did the banana trick to ensure female plant. So knowing if it just a regular vs auto is 0- none

first off, Styrofoam cups are a no no. use red or blue solo cups.. and I usually mix about 25% perlite in with mine, others use more but thats what im use to... I usally wait till the 4th set of nodes before I transplant. good luck with the grow.. oh and enlighten me on the banana trick!!

wait till it get a couple more definitve leaf sets before you re-pot? are these autos?
But I did order 1 auto NL and a 3pack of heavyweight strawberry cheesecake beans from @SeedMasters.com and got 2 free white widow crossed with bubblegum with my order. But a scrog and top is in order for all plants, and to know if the MK is auto only time will tell

I've heard that at the end of a plants life cycle or during the feminized plant will try and generate a seed to carry out the next gen, like I said "I heard" doesn't necessarily mean it's true

But my plan is to take clone and make gem seeds, and plan on taking a third clone from both my blueberry OG, and master kush and crossing the genetics.

i've taken clones before to keep the strain going, even sold a few in my time. i would think cloning would be better than physically feminizing seeds

I normally would agree, but where I live trying to keep clones, is expensive and usually get snow most of the winter, and temps around 32, 32 is the high during winter to starting them up in mid January and using the sun that comes in through window with an energy efficient heater is all I have to work with till about next week when the temps are in the mind 60's to the early 70's is usually when I will stick em outside. But inside of a green house..

Patience is hard but it's key. I can wait, but the urgency is killing, haha. But in the end it will be worth it.
