Yeah you might have a while. You can plant them whenever you want, as soon as the temperature warms up, up there.

Are you just goign to put them in the ground and let them be? Or you going to haul around town every couple of days to water and feed? cause that sure would be a hassel.
Im gonna plant them and thats it. I may check them a few times during the summer to give them some ferts and water if we are having dry weather but for the most part they will be on their own.

I usually start in early March, and they show sex prematurally around ealy to mid april. That way I can cut the males. Has something to do with the long nights in April or something like that. I just know that it works .

In this part of Canada we have always transplanted outdoors on the May 24 weekend. It's like a tradition I guess...

I've started a plant like that before, but after awhile it became too much of a security issue and I had to bring it indoors. Nosy neighbors and all that, which is too bad, because it seemed to be doing fine.

I am thinking about starting late March, early April. Since the weather here isn't that warm yet. I have about 8 seeds, and hopefully at least 4 will turn out to be females. One question.

Are male plants worth keeping? I hear that male plants can make some good buds. Is that true?

No males are not worth keeping. Male plants produce VERY little THC and no buds just flowers that will pollinate your females and basically ruin your crop. As soon as a plant shows that it's sex is male cut it down.
