Where can i buy a 400w Hps system??? Price

The 400w hps systems with roofs are on the internet, but i would like to know if i could buy one at a local store. Where did all of you get your light systems from ; internet, home depot, local hydroponics grow shop?

60%(craigslist) 30%(hardware store) and 10%(hydrostore) now that i have a little $ i always buy stuff at the hydroshop anymore. i still hunt CL for the deals tho
