Where can i find a doctor in the southern Michigan area to provide me with a patient card? I really dont have much illness'. I mean I could maybe qualify for a card under *severe nausea" but thats pushing it. I dont know if age makes a difference but im 26. My father is also looking to get his patient card. He will qualify, but im looking for one as well.

Here's what i got so far from the info provided on RIU.

The Kind Tree -Oxford

The Healing Center- Ann Arbor (requires records :( )

Ann Arbor Health Collective

South Lake Medical Group

U-Med Center- Sister Lakes.

Some info on these maybe. Or other recommendations. Thanks

I had an appointment with The Kind Tree on Tuesday. They told me their doctor was "transferred" and they were working on another, but didn't think they would have one for a while. Haven't tried any others.

if youre in ohio you need to be a resident here regardless. in ohio you can do very small scale growing with only risk of a fine because its decriminalized. now, see the thing is, your post almost smells of bacon, but i think youre just not street smart or something... no one here should advise you to go to a doctor that could potentially just give you a recommendation under false pretense. all this question sounds like to me is "im not sick, or fucked up in any way, can you point out to where the doctors are at if there are any that will hook me up"

i think that most people can seriously benefit from herb, and feel that everyone should under their own declaration become a patient, i wish the law was like that. however, if you are looking for a legal way to grow get a patient. network, find someone that will take you on as their caregiver, your father looks to be a good candidate unless he wants to grow his own. if thats the case maybe you can work together on the first crop so you guys can help each other and get your feet wet, then after harvest you will have some herb available to take on a patient to get your own system started up.

edited to add:
about where to go blazed there are many places, though im not familiar with the warren area. if you look around on the forums im sure you will find something. dont forget to make sure you see if you qualify for the $25 application fee for the state application...

A medical clinic that we are working with is having certifications this week. The certifications for the DCCC are $100 which is below their normal fee of $150. The Alternative Solutions clinic will be offering a No Record certification as well as a Complete Medical History Certification for $200. If you or anyone you know is seeking your MMMJ certification this is a great time to get it done. Please call Willie for further info @ 313.570.1380. Great clinic with a Detroit Doctor coming out to support the Southgate clinic.

Lets just hope that this law stays in tact because there are people who ACTUALLY have an illness or disability and need it. They are going to start and bust down on doctors giving patients cards who do not need it... and this would be most unfortunate.

any one been to the clinic in southfield on telegraph
Yes, that's where I got my card from. I went to www.yourgreenoption.com and met with a doctor 3 weeks later. I received my card 3 months after my certification check had cleared. It was very discreet, professional, and comfortable. The information given was clear and they seemed very compassionate.

But be prepared to prove that you have an illness, I have over 15 years of medical visits for severe migraines. I have been suffering from them since I was a teenager and I was able to justify the use of marijuana for therapeutic use. Good luck, bud.
