I've been reading your replies, and suffice to say, you're not making any sense. You're trying to hard to cover up for your friend and going on off nonsensically not replying to the issues at hand. We have to be vague with you in fear that your posts will be sent to your local law enforcement agency, so there is no need to give you specifics about anything considering you are already associated with an individual who likes to discuss others business with law enforcement officials.

You're right. It is hearsay. But so is Bret's claim to the strain really. Just because he sold the seeds doesn't mean he created the strain. Also in the deleted thread when confronted with the idea that he might not have been the original breeder his response was "I've been working with those strains for many years". That's not the same as "yes, I am the original creator". It's basically one guys word vs another, but the one guy in question also got caught in a pretty big lie in the same post, making the other guy much more credible. But like you say, there is no proof one way or another. That's all hearsay. Such things are impossible to prove.

Dont defame one of the greatest strains around and the breeder who put god knows hos much time and effort into creating it. If that breeder is in fact the breeder of grape ape he must have at least mothers and a grip of seeds to prove it no?

Yes, that is correct. He has both. That's not necessarily proof of anything, but he has no reason to lie and it did seem credible to me.

I just got off of the phone with Bret and we spoke for an hour. Let me tell you guys that you should find the thread that he WILLINGLY posted his number on for someone to call and get the facts.

Ok. I can't handle his douchebag *I'm famous and better then you so I get to decide what you think!* attitude. I tried to just drop it, but he won't leave it alone so here I am. If Mr Bigshot gets me banned or whatever, fine. It's not illegal for me to have an opinion, so he can suck it. If mods decide to ban me, it's their website, it's their call, I'm ok with that.

Ok. So this clown is now facing the accusation of snitching for the second time, both with the LA county sheriffs dept specifically. Ok. Well that's a coincidence, but doesn't mean much by itself.

Now lets take the specifics of his second case. When first accused of being a CI (I don't know if he really is or not) by now banned alwaysclosing1, Bret first denied ever doing business with the guy. I'm sure many people here witnessed that before bret had the thread deleted.

Then alwaysclosing1 posts a youtube video where he has brett on tape talking about their business deals. boom. caught in a lie. Not proof of anything, but it doesn't make him real credible either.

Then bret changes his story claiming to having a contract with the guy but the guy refused to pay him for the remainder of the contract after they attempted to end the deal. Then 2 weeks later the cops raid the place.

The cops arrested the people doing the grow which had 40 video cameras running according to bret. But for some reason the cops don't bust bret, the guy who originally brought the clones and was working on the grow for a month before the raid according to alwaysclosing1.

Bret was on probation for three years doing home monitoring, but then all that mysteriously went away once he started working for the place that got raided. according to bret he "just got off prob. sept. 18 2011". He got hired at this place sept 1st. Less than a month of getting off probation, the place gets raided. Well that doesn't mean much. But wait, he was on probabtion for 3 years?

So his probation mysteriously ends more than 2 years early and even though he's a registered narcotics offender working at a place that got busted which had video cameras on the grow, nothing happens to him.

Also, as I said this is the second time he's faced this accusation which both times the same police department doing the raid. Amazing coincidence.

This is from the first guy who claims bret is working with the police. He starts talking about brett ~2 minutes in.

Now I don't know if bret is a snitch or this is all just some amazing coincidence. Who knows, anything is possible. I don't have any inside information. But it sure doesn't look good. And when he came here lying, then changing his story, then threatening anyone who discussed it with legal action, well that doesn't make his denial very credible IMO.

I'm not accusing bret of anything, I really don't know anything for sure. Nor am I making any declarative statements that US law defines as defamation, but since as bret himself claims, he's a big shot PUBLIC FIGURE, it is ok to discuss opinions on the matter.

But I do know he's behaving just like someone who did that shit would behave. And while I don't know anything for sure about any of that, I will say this. Fuck you Bret. I don't care if you think you're a big shot. You can't tell me what to think. You can take your psudo-celebrity ego and shove it up your ass.

While it's not yet been proven beyond any reasonable doubt that the dude's a rat, he is most definitely a liar, as was demonstrated in the conveniently deleted thread in question.

I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this guy as possible.
