Where do i stand with the court decision ???

I already sent my application to become an LP. If I wanted to help the patients, it was the only way possible.

But with all the stuff they impose (security, QA, testing.... ) the price that I would have to sell it would be around 6$/gram to make it work. But now with the new decision, I wonder if there is a way to become DG, way less complicated. I don't know how much that market is selling for, but I think I could do it for a few bucks a gram. It is way better for patient !!!

So, I don't know how to do it, but I think I will try to find a way to become DG.
Any suggestions ???

A DG is a designated grower, who grows for one or two patients that is unable to. What market are you talking about?

Your cost to produce as an LP should be $2/g. That should cover all your costs. Why do you have to sell it for $6/g?

Just apply to HC if you want to be a DG and help one or two patients out, but I doubt that's what you really want.

Suggestion....grow some mushrooms.

I guess you get it all wrong. Why are telling me to "Grow some mushroom", Anyway
Of course, if someone goes big, it will bring their cost down. But what I want to do from the beginning is building something like 2000 square feet for a few patients.
I already have a good paying job, just want to do it for few sick people.

If you're cool with giving the prescription amount to the patients for "free" you shouldn't have to much of an issue finding people if you ask around.

Not free but for an affordable price... And by the way wolf in sheeps clothing all other medicines are essentially free to the public through insurance plans.... Why when you sign in to rollit up do you go to canadain patents?? Serious question raider?????

Raider, if you actually read my posts you would see that all I want is affordable medicine for every patient.... Not profit which it seems you may be after.... I can sleep knowing I am not essentially trying to make a quick buck on the back of a sick person actually disgusts me... So if you have anything that you would like to actually debate about... 2000 sq. ft.....say maybe 40 ft. X 50 ft. I think you meant to say 200 sq. ft. You know how much u could grow in 2000 sq. ft?

Ultimately we should all be resenting the fact....that the courts have already had to decide on these matters a number of times in the past....
and all of those who came before us and fought HC and the Gov...and won....IT is really a slap in the face to those people....a lot of who are dead now....
They were in most cases publicly humiliated at the time...and choose to fight for their rights and won.,....
The Gov.... decides now... too bad and screw you people....we will make up some new(old) rules......
