Where to put my fan at.

Hey guys. I am growing an auto assassin and I have to control the odor so I was wondering does it make the odor of the plant a lot more pungent if I have a fan blowing on it?

Also, is it really even necessary to have a fan for the plant. If I have the temperature where it needs to be, there's no need for a fan is there?

Never put a fan directly on the plants as they get wind burn and it stunts growth too, have it blowing over the tops of the plants and yes they need a fan both for air movement around the leaves and to stop bud rot.

I prefer to have air moving around my plants. Got 4 small fans on the floor that blow around the pots in the center.
It has worked great for many crop cycles.
I also have several small fans. I got them everywhere, though. Nothing strong, but a lot of them.

This is a 2x2.5 tent with 3 small fans in the plant canopy, 2 fans blowing on the LED heatsinks and 2 fans on the floor blowing around. Plus the big odor control fan hooked to a carbon filter.

Nice leaves! Love the high brix shine. You gonna start fading them soon?

I like a 6" clip on type fan moving air at the tops of the plants. I have my fresh intake air coming in at the bottom of the tent and the out take coming out the top and to a carbon filter. I like to replace the air in the tent every once a minute and the air in the room once every 5-8 minutes. I don't have wind burn and fresh cool air makes for happy plants. Stale air is no good... :)
