where to store seeds?

after all my reading i havent found anything about storing seeds. and where you should and in what conditions... this could possibly be a stupid question...

Id be thinkin cool and dark with little to no humidity.

thats what i was thinking 2 lol just making sure.

In an airtight container filled with rice in the fridge.

oooo i like that idea alot this is why i asked just throw the seeds in? or get like a ziplock for them?

I leave them in the breeders packaging.

They'd probably sprout , then you'd be screwed in a sense
