Where's the bud

I got this plant not sure what strain it is because I grow many clones from my winter indoor but this year I got lazy and didn't label shit...long story short why in the he'll is she not budding and the rest of my strains are in slow motion....same recipe for years could it be the strains or the envoirment these days
