which hydroponic system is best and why

im diving into the world of aeroponics because of the ease of use and results i have seen and i am trying to make a decision of these two systems which one would you choose or could you recommend some systems to me please. all help would be appreciated.

Coco is definitely the easiest introduction to hydro... great results and damned simple.

You might also like to have a look at NFT systems if you're feeling a bit more adventurous.
I've been using a Dual Flow NFT system for a few years now, and I'm very happy with it. It can be used as an NFT setup or an ebb & flow, depending on which fittings you use (both supplied).

Look into DWC i think it's one of the best systems you can use or use aeroponics if you can tend and look after you plants often aeroponics is possibly the best system if you put time looking after your girls
