Which light for mothers?

I'm trying to decide between a couple 125 watt CFL's, or a bank of four 2' t-8 fluoros.

I'd like to use the t-8's, I can mount them flush to the ceiling, they produce less heat, and they would just fit in my situation better.

I'm wondering what people use to maintain their mums, and the lowest level of power/lumens they've gotten away with.

Any help?

Is a bit plant I think

Anyways I use T-8 4-foot fluorescent 1 warm white 1 cool white per fixture works fine for my mommas
