Which light for short veg before going outside?

Sorry if this has been covered before...I searched but couldn’t find much.

I’m looking to buy a light to be used for seedlings and about 6 weeks max of veg before going outdoors next spring. Only doing 4 plants and looking for something cost-effective. I see a plethora of options online and have no clue what would work for me...just need a basic setup to give my plants a head start next spring. Thanks!
