Which lighting is best for this situation?

Im going to start a 6 plant aeroponics soon and I was looking at lighting and dont know whether to pick HID lighting or HPS? I havent set it up yet but my grow space is:
2ft(length)x2.9ft(width)x6.6ft(height)

I wanna know which would be a better choice(im starting from clones)overall and what watt size would i need and so fourth. also any good brand names would help too. thanks
