Hi guys,

Which Lights are best for optimum growing? I was thinking about Cree/Citizen COB or Blurple COB which are the best and from where should i buy one? Plus what specifications should i look for if i decide to purchase any of the lights above.

P.S.

My grow area is huge, almost 15 (L) x 10(W) x 20(H) ft. The lights should produce less heat and more light.

Thanks,
Dagdu

i have seen those,, and yes i cried,, not ever sure how they get away with calling them cobs,,, it just DUPES the newbies into spending thier hard earned cash on junk
I saw one the other day that was a bunch of 3w epileds grouped close together with a cob reflector and lens over the top. It had COB in large letters all over the advert...
There are no levels these people wont stoop to. Poor newbs don't stand a chance. :spew:

Cree 3590 cob is what I know is good for flowering in 3500k. Not sure if it's the best but it is certainly above average. Supposed to last over 60,000 hours before it dims down to 80% of whatever light power it started with I think.

Ohh, so I need to have two different temperature chips for vegg and flowering.

I heard from guys that you can use 3500k in both stages, I don't know I mean 3500k produces a much higher than 6500k (blue).

are there any other commercial growers in your area that can help you get set up?perhaps a hydroponics store that can tell you what everyone is using?many small businesses fail because the person starting them did not do their homework
