there are all different varieties, some look more like pot than others.

I have mint and spearmint both and neither look like pot. They smell good though, clip them with the mower and the yard smells nice while you mow.

Woah thats very close are all japanese maples or money trees similar in apperance or are they (the ones in the pics) different strains? Im going to purchase some seeds ASAP to mask my current Blueberry plant.

Well done you deserve a gold star ;-)

all those pics are japanese maples that i googled. but i'm pretty sure it takes atleast a year to get to a cannibis sized plant, although i'm no expert either. also i think maples may prefer outside , but again i'm no expert.good luck

I have a Jap Maple, but mine is the smaller kind, it's leaves don't look anything like pot. I'd post pics, but it's winter and it's out there naked.

i have a japanese maple as well and its leaves look nothing like pot. they look more like maple leaves, believe it or not... and not to mention trees themselves look nothing like marijuana... you do know they're trees right??? probably not the best thing to mask pot with.

this is what i was gonna suggest as well..... they look enough like pot that this grower spotted them growing wild from about 25ft away (had never seen/heard of cleome before).... they are even sticky and have a skunky smell like pot... plus they make some pretty flowers:-P... the ones in my backyard are a pinkish purple

Yeah don't buy the seeds. just go and purchase a tree in a 1 or 2 gal pot from a nursery. They do grow pretty fast for trees. The leaves are usually fairly small. Good luck

Jap maples are expensive!$!$! I used to work at a landscaping yard and Jap Maples were being sold for 300 a pop. Granted they were already grown to a height of 3ft or more though. Damn I read that link, fucking bullshit how they raided that guys house just based on an informants word... That should make you think twice about growing outdoors on your property hey? Getting raided because you had a jap maple that was actually hiding a MJ plant, not the greatest idea, unless you have tall fences, cool neighbors and some rottweillers running around your yard warding off any, um informants!!!

this is so fucked up. i feel bad for the cop. i feel bad for the guy who shot him. if anything, the informant who said he was growing cannabis outside should be the one charged with manslaughter.none of us know any of the real facts that happened but, i will say that this is another case of police wasting their time when there is bigger fish to fry out there. sad:sad:
