Which temprature?

Im really lost on all these different temprature talks. I have been keeping my tent around 78 lights on and 75 lights off. I am currently in the seedling stage but heres where i get confused. My tent lights on air temp is 78, soil temp is 80, and plant temp is usually 76 or 77 degrees. Im running a 1000w led 26" above my plant as i try to keep the plant temp around 77. So which temprature is the most important? I cant find a definitive answer to this but i need to know as it seems my plants growth is not very quick but plant looks healthy as can be. HELP!

honestly temp isn't a huge issue, depending on the strain just try to keep the plant below 85 MAX and above 70 LOW it should be fine, if you know your strain you could look it up and see what it likes. some plants will grow slow due to genetics or stress, have you had any issues with your plant previously?

This is my first grow with the chocolope strain which is supposed to be easy but i have no idea which temp im supposed to really be watching. I looked up at the little details for this strain and it says its supposed to be a tall 7 to 9 week flower so in my head im thinking its going to grow at a nice steady rate but im seeing otherwise

78 / 75 is perfect, keep it up!

Leafly ang ILGM are my two go too's. Despite my plant is showing all signs of being healthy i just feel as if its not going how it should. Greedy? Maybe just a little but usually after being above ground for 6 days i have a little more then 2" plant with tiny leaves.

how did she germinate? was it a slow germ or quick? robust root or skimpy?

Germed in 28 hrs so id say it was rather quick then planted her 1/4" below soil and she dug down and sprouted rather quick but since being above ground shes been slow. I do realize all the energy is going down to the roots but usually you get some height too. Or the true leaves get a jump. Heres a pic of her germ root being put in soil

I've been neglecting my seedling sadly, but she's still sprouting up nice what medium are you growing in?

Is that an auto? If not you should have started in a smaller pot. Autos are the only plant you start in its final pot. As for air temps watch the room/tent temp try and keep it around 70-85. Your RH is another important factor along with airflow. Keep in mind your actual wattage of your light its probably only 300 watts. How big is the area its lighting?

Not an auto but a fem seed. This is grow #4 and havent had any issues before just trying to dig deeper on new things im seeing this grow. Anyways i have a 3x2 tent. 1000w led or 180w actual draw. Rh rn is 50%, lights on 78F off 75F air temp, 71.5F leaf temp, 79.2F top soil temp. Rh is only 50% because im going into veg.

How have yields been with only 180 watts? Your only getting 30 watts a sqft. anyways focus on the overall air temp that's where you need to focus. Not everything else.50% is fine anyhow my rooms are all in my basement and heated and cooled with my geothermal and even with my humidifier attached to my system my rooms stay fairly low. No biggie on that end imo. If your looking to get better quality you should look into better lighting.

This is round 1 with the new light i was running a Phlizon 600w that only drew 108w vs the new 180 yields were decent on avg a few ounces high was 5oz on the last grow low was 1.2oz on my first grow. Once i get a new place i wanna have a room not a tent.

That's the best I have 3 rooms all for different stages of growth. I built them with the sole purpose of growing.
