white fly infestation

So i have plants that are about to flower and i was checkin em out an i found that i have a slight white fly infestation! I'm trippin balls man i have organic pesticide so i'm good to go, but i don't know where to spray... help?

white flies usually come from your soil. Mine did but I ended their life quickly and they havnt came back. you spray the whole plant and undersides of leaves thoroughly. I used neem oil and got rid of em.

five Tbsp hydrogen peroxide, a few drops of detergent in five or six cups of water. Misted it onto all surfaces of your plants. Plus you can get some sticky traps to catch em. The spray kills larvae and eggs.
