This isn't a laughting matter HAHAHA but if it's only been 15 days since you flipped the lights to 12/12 right? Seeds are not very lightly it takes a good 2 or 3 weeks to get pollen sacks and if you had this issues before try use new seeds this is what I did when I would get seeds it would be in the 4 week flowering plus I don't see what you are talking about in the pic

Also what if I use some seeds that I got off the last lot is there a chance they could hermi too? Any ideas on that one like I said I am a noob to a point, done a few but they keep getting hermis I think it's time for a new mother she had it.

If you have bigga balls where the stem meets the stalk(the first place that will show up as a flower), or at the flowers themselves, then you have a herme, which kind of fucks you, but on the bright side, still can be used for seed and some decent smoke. You seem to have them on the stalk, which should not be the case in determining sex, so in my opinion disregard them.

It all depends on how it became a hermie. There are plants that are genetically predisposed towards it, but most often are shocked into it. In a way this is how female seeds are produced. I have had hermes that were females shocked (not on purpose), and the seeds were all female. The reason I know this is because all my friends named Harry, came back and said all they had were females. So all will be not a waste. Peace

That's normal if it doesn't get pollinated those shrivel up and die if it gets pollinated it will grow into a seed.
