White hairs?

First I like to state that I did not put my girl into flowering stage. She is a mother plant that is grown from a feminized non-auto flowering seed and not a clone. She is sour diesel. She's 1month and 11days old from entering the soil.

I have NOT switched the lights. Shes on 16/8 light now. But she is showing white hairs? Is that normal?

Help please.

At 6 weeks old it is totally normal for the plant to mature (pistils at internodes). Mine will show at around 6 weeks under 24/0 lighting.

If you see clusters of pistils forming that would be strange.
