White mold on the soil medium

The soil I have my seedlings starting in has a fine white powdery mold on it as well as the casing of the soil. Is this harmful? will it kill my plants? am I watering too much? I have been keeping them in a long glass vase with saran wrap on the end (a mini-green house), I would usually open the saran wrap during the day for ventilation.

Any suggestions, these are for outdoor plants not indoor.

if they are seedlings then you should not water to often spray every once in a whilewith ph'd water.

damn i saw somewhere on here a mix you can make with milk and water or something for that...

gotta let things dry out to the appropriate extent between watering

increase ventilation. water only when needed. the mold is from high humidity. GL
