White paint on walls?

Can you use the Kool seal on a cement floor? I'm looking to seal the floor from moisture coming up. It will be going on a barn cement floor where it can get cold in the winter. Also how difficult is it to apply?

flat white. or panda film thats white. or mylar but it's a little harder to clean

I hate applying panda film. I know it's easy but I have ocd and it's gotta be applied wrinkle-free and smooth! If I do a new build I'm going to apply the film to the sheet rock THEN put the walls up lol
Its elastomeric(rubbery) paint cuts and rolls nice...youre changing the rules on us tho Lol

Youre best bet pricewise might be to frame a box and use the insulated sheets($12) like another poster suggested...youre gonna need to hold heat during lights out and get up off that cold concrete...
***If it was just a general question about your barn floor ...I'd use drylok concrete Floor paint

Well besides the floor the rest would be insulated and heated. I figured insulating the floor would be overkill. So drylock is the ideal choice then I suppose.

I agree I use flat white,price depends on if u want an added cover up in the paint or just use2-3 good coats.Light reflection for me has been 90%.I used to use mylar but after heavy flowers touching its surface it became a big pain in the arse to clean.My white paint takes bleach wipe downs after each harvest with no problems.

most growers only look at reflective properties ,,,
Mylar: 90% to 95%
Flat White Paint: 85% to 93%
Semi Gloss White Paint: 75% to 80%
Flat Yellow Paint: 70% to 80%
Aluminum Foil: 70% to 75%
Flat Black Paint: less than 10%
with the best flat white paint being Titanium Dioxide
most growers do not consider refraction or diffusion properties but these do matter somewhat

I think it would depend on whether or not your walls and ceiling are insulated. I don't have insulation in the walls and ceiling.. so I covered them with panda plastic to help insulate the heat. However, if your room is properly insulated.. I would say a flat white paint works great!

Killz2 with M1 additive.
Home Depot has bottles of the m1 at the paint counter. I usually do 2-4 good coats and your good to go.
I try to re paint every so often, it cleans up good but not perfect and I just know mold and shit still grow with M1 so a repaint keeps ya fresh and at maximum white/cleanliness

For the floor check out epoxy garage floor paint... I use the bright white bade with the sand additive for traction. It scrubs up great and holds strong if you cleaned the floor good before applying. You don't need the sand for traction but the epoxy gets epicly slippery without when wet so watch out!
