White pistils up high, brown down low. Are they pollenated???

I have a question to what is going on here. I have a couple plants where the lower nodes have brown hairs on the preflowers. They've been 12/12 for 2 weeks.

All the tops are nice and white, but the underneath preflowers have 2 brown hairs. Does this mean they are pollenated??? If so, should I just pluck off these preflowers that are brown?

I say leave them alone. Those lower nodes along the main stalk don't usually turn into bud sites. As long as they don't start swelling up I doubt they got pollinated.

Prematurely browning pistils can be a sign of pollenation but not always. Heat or just rubbing against the buds can cause the pistils to wither. I have some white widows that started getting brown pistils at about 2 weeks and I was worried about pollination because I had a hermie the previous grow. I cleaned the hell outta my grow room but I was still worried. I am harvesting in a few days and I have sampled the bud...........no seeds! Don't sweat it bro. Some of the pistils always seem to turn brown a little early. :weed:
