White spots on leaves

Just wondering if anyone knows what these white spots on the leaves are? One buddy told me it was white powdery mildew and another buddy told me it’s just from bugs and nothing to worry about. Thanks
It looks like it could be pm but wait for more opinions cuz I'm not 100 on it.

It's PM unless you happened to be hosing them down with milk to prevent PM lol. Did you treat them with anything recently that would leave a residue? I'd spray with potassium bicarbonate, but keep in mind it will fry any pistils it hits.

never heard of this, I don't doubt you. Can you please elaborate a bit?
I'm in this same boat and have potassium bicarbonate too

No I haven’t sprayed them with anything my buddy seems to think it’s just bugs crawling on the leafs I hope he’s right lol

I believe it works by raising the pH of the leaf surface to the point where the PM doesn't grow well. As for the pistils, not sure exactly what the reaction is but I've seen it turn them brown. Not sure it actually hurts them or affects flower development but doesn't look great.
