Whitening on the tip of seedlings/400 watt T5 flourecent/

I have 2 week old seedlings and they are starting to whiten on the tips. I have them under a 400 watt T5 flourecent, the light is about 9 inches from the seedlings, they are also on nutes, Sensi grow, and B-52. Does anyone know if it might be a heat issue or an over nute issue? Thanks for the imput!

no more nutes for a week or two, then 1/4 strength nutes. post a pic.

how often r u watering, they looked overwatered IMO, i would wait til the soil almost completely dries and then water, i would hold off on nutes for another week+

They looked burnt..Should stop the nutes right away until they recover..
