Who are your neighbors?

I am told these are common but this is my first time looking at a site like this.

My neighborhood is fairly safe...for now although one of my neighbors did something...hmmmm

also I trust that we can all use our judgement not to post any personal info on the offenders or ourselves...have some respect

I like it, we should be able to know what is what and who they are once released. For the safety of our children, familes, friends and communites.

I agree, I also know that not all of these guys are child predators....and that some people make mistakes but I still like to know who is around me.

I also think they should post the names of all dangerous offenders and all sex offenders, not just the child molesters. I don't think these criminals should have any privacy or rights. Just my thoughts though.

It's all violent sex offenders, but no violent non sex offenders. In the US we have rights, I'm sorry the criminals have rights...lol. This info is not to be made public really just sex offenders lose that privacy right, screwed up but hey it's better than nothing.

So what do I pick up first, the pitchforks or the torches? Too many of these cock-knockers in my rural area!!!

Scary isn't it, some guy diddles little boys and gets out in 2 years moves to your neighborhood, yet some guy grows a plant and gets the book thrown at him...nice system.

That's not very up to date because I know there is at least one convicted sex offender living in my apt/condo complex. Your local news station's website should have more up-to-date listings of all offenders in your area.

i personally think this is an amazing thing, all sex offenders should be listed, we need this in Canada for sure

here in oh, and i think nationally, you can sign on to the sex offender registration database and they will mail you when anyone registered moves within the distance you specify. HEY BCONZ !!!1 can you id the bud that is your avitar ???? Something in my closet looks just like it

I'm never really liked this system. I mean i think police should definitely keep close tabs on them but does it really help the community and the person to tell everyone that the person committed a sex offense? the person committed a heinous act and was punished for it is it really necessary or helpful to brand them for life?

Wow....I pulled up my local new's registered sex offender location map thingy.....Damned near the whole screen was full of red dots.

Glad Im not a parent....or a woman. I'd have to move.

On another note....I doubt they give a damn about what Im doing...considering you could hit a sex offender with a rock thrown in any direction.
